Dublin Starbucks

This project consisted of a demo of the existing establishment and renovation of the property keeping the building pad in place. The footprint was expanded to build out a new shell for dual tenant occupancy, Starbucks 2,698 sf, and Sleep Number 2,492 sf. The renovation included updates to site utilities, grading/paving, new framing throughout, and all new mechanical and electrical systems.
