Cali-Virgin is a ground-up 13,170 sf facility. We constructed a metal building with a first and second floor. This interior included new offices, a tasting room, a club room, a barrel room, a kitchen, a production area, and a conference room. Exterior site work included:
Wet and dry utilities.
A new septic system.
A parking lot.
A beautiful patio for dining and wine tasting.
Finishes included paint, flooring, custom bar, and sales counter, custom wood wall, countertops, and polished concrete floors.
