This project was a 3,000 ft² tenant improvement. Construction included new stockroom, fitting rooms and restroom. Furnished and installed new acoustical grid, interior paint, floating floor system, relocated and consolidated the electrical panel, installed new lighting and controls, HVAC, fire sprinklers, and owner supplied fixtures.
