DTE Energy

The new DTE Stockton warehouse is located at the Port of Stockton as an addition to the DTE Stockton existing facilities. It is a 4,080 ft² ground up warehouse facility with restroom. The construction consists of a slab on grade with a new metal building manufactured by Metallic Building Company. There is insulation in the roof and powered wall ventilation to help control excessive heat that can sometimes be a factor in the Stockton region. There are two large electrically operated overhead doors to allow access into each end of the building. There is pallet racking throughout the building to accommodate everything from large pumps and motors to smaller hardware items. Outside there is additional concrete flatwork for the overhead door approaches, handicapped accessible parking and walkway tying to the existing shop building.
