A dark, unfinished warehouse was transformed into a bright, clean, open showroom and lab expansion. Static dissipative flooring was installed as to not alter sensitive equipment or components being manufactured. The existing offices were opened into the revitalized expansion offices through new acoustical ceilings, electrical, carpet, and paint. Modern LED fixtures were installed throughout the expansion to save on daily operating expenses, lower energy usage, and provide maintenance-free lighting for years to come. New roof top HVAC units were installed to condition the new space, and the exposed spiral ducting provides a simple, clean appearance.
