Cali-Virgin, a newly constructed 13,170 sqft facility, features a two-story metal building that houses a variety of spaces, including new offices, a tasting room, a club room, a barrel room, a kitchen, a production area, and a conference room. The exterior site work includes both wet and dry utilities, a new septic system, a parking lot, and a charming patio designed for dining and wine tasting. The interior finishes were thoughtfully chosen, featuring paint, flooring, a custom bar and sales counter, a custom wood wall, countertops, and polished concrete floors, blending functionality with aesthetics to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
