Grand Opening: The Lamorinda AVA Wine Center
We’re happy to celebrate the grand opening of the Lamorinda AVA Wine Center! Our team transformed a traditional commercial site into a vibrant mixed-use destination. This project represents a blend of craft and lifestyle, thoughtfully designed to bring wine, community, and contemporary living together under one roof.
The scope of the project involved the transformation of an existing two-story building into a dynamic three-story facility. With a sharp focus on functionality and craft, we completed a comprehensive remodel and vertical addition to support a wide variety of uses:
– The Winery and Operations (Lower Level): A dedicated production space for the winemaking process, featuring areas for crushing, fermentation, and bottling.
– Local Vines Tasting Room (Street Level): A space configured for wine tasting experiences and community events.
– Modern Residential (Upper Level): An addition offering two brand new apartments, providing sleek living nested right above the winery.
We are incredibly proud to have brought this vision to life, creating a signature space that celebrates local wine culture and marks an exciting new chapter for the Lamorinda community.
