Team Ride

This project involved a 2,962 sqft tenant improvement, including the addition of a new bike studio, restrooms, office, storage, laundry room, trainer podium, and a student platform. Additional components were installed to help mitigate noise transfer to neighboring tenants, such as double wall construction with an acoustic barrier, sound isolation pads, resilient sound clips, and STC rated doors.
