Knapheide

This project involved converting a 58,564 sqft building and developing the surrounding 4-acre site for truck body mounting operations. Interior upgrades included a new paint booth, locker rooms, restrooms, and enclosed parts storage. The site work on the undeveloped 4-acre site featured grading, paving, and a new stormwater retention pond for outdoor storage. Existing onsite infrastructure such as the well, septic system, and stormwater facilities were utilized, while multiple new driveways and upgraded HVAC and sprinkler systems improved access and functionality.
