BASIS Independent Dublin

The BASIS Independent Dublin project transformed an existing office building into a modern campus through adaptive reuse and tenant improvement. Working within the original structure, the design and construction teams carved out contemporary classrooms, administrative offices, and student support spaces, upgraded aging building systems, completed seismic upgrades to bring the structure to current code, and added site improvements to complete the campus.
