We delivered a 15,300 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal facility for IAA Auctions, built to support their fast-paced operations. The building includes specialized spaces for vehicle storage, auction activities, offices, and customer services. Our design approach ensured the layout was efficient, functional, and capable of handling IAA’s high-volume demands.
