Republic National Distributing Company

This project marks the delivery of a 610,800 sqft distribution facility for Republic National Distributing Company, designed to support high-volume logistics and long-term operational efficiency. The scope of work included a fully integrated racking system for automated storage and fast-paced inventory management, a structural mezzanine that adds vertical functionality for staging and administrative tasks, and optimized loading docks to streamline freight flow. Durable concrete pavement and comprehensive sitework were also completed to support heavy equipment and high-traffic operations.
