The exterior site work encompasses both wet and dry utilities, a new septic system, a parking lot, and a charming patio designed for dining and wine tasting. The interior finishes are thoughtfully chosen, featuring paint, flooring, a custom bar and sales counter, a custom wood wall, countertops, and polished concrete floors, blending functionality with aesthetics to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
