Christie Labs

The project involved upgrading an existing building to create a market-ready office and lab
space for Lab Space Realty. It included the selective demolition of some interior partitions
and ceilings, while retaining much of the existing structure. New installations were made,
including doors, partitions, ceilings, finishes, and casework. Additionally, enhancements like
larger windows, a new roof screen, and a platform for mechanical equipment were added to
improve the building’s functionality.
