Primrose – San Ramon

This project involved a tenant improvement and expansion of a 13,289 sqft single-story building, thoughtfully designed to support early childhood education. The scope of work included comprehensive interior improvements, such as the build-out of multiple classrooms, offices, support spaces, and a warming kitchen. Exterior improvements featured the development of a new playground with turf and modern play equipment, as well as various site enhancements.
