Mechanics Bank – Modesto

This project was a tenant improvement that involved the interior build-out of a vacant suite into a fully functional Mechanics Bank branch located in Modesto. This project focused on creating a seamless experience for both staff and clients by integrating a new lobby and teller line with secure operational areas, including a safe room and dedicated ATM/server room. Additional interior improvements featured private and open office workspaces, a break area, and essential support rooms, all designed to meet the high standards of a modern banking facility.
