LaMorinda Ava Wine Center

The LaMorinda AVA Wine Center is a new three-story, 2,904 sqft mixed-use facility thoughtfully planned to highlight wine, community, and contemporary living in a single destination. The program includes a 2,530 sqft lower level designed for support functions and back-of-house operations, a 2,421 sqft tasting room configured for events, gatherings, and curated wine experiences, and 1,944 sqft of modern apartments that provide comfortable residential living on the upper level.
