5.11 Tactical

5.11 Tactical was a 40,000 sqft tenant improvement office build-out completed within a 400,000 sqft industrial tilt-up building. 5.11 Tactical combined its Modesto and Lathrop facilities into a single operation in Manteca, CA. The project included the build-out of offices, conference rooms, a workout area (CrossFit gym), lockers, showers, break rooms, shipping and receiving offices, a custom print shop, and open office areas.
