Elevate Gymnastics - Elk Grove, Ca
The project is a tenant improvement in an existing building to expand its square footage from approximately 20,000 ft² to approximately 38,312 ft². The scope of work included modification to a demising wall, saw cutting to construct two new gymnastic pits, construction of a new viewing area for parents and guests, new men’s and women’s restrooms, new office space, and changes to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire sprinklers.
